Order Cancellations and Return Policies will be different on all items due to us dealing with so many different Bedding Manufacturers with different Return Policies ! Reminder, these are Manufacturer (The Company that makes the Product) policies that we follow. We will list below all Return Polices for each Brand and if you have any questions what so ever,

Washing Policy on Products :

Washing any Garment is important. Washing tags on a Garment are there for care instructions and should be followed exactly. We will give you a link to look at if you have any questions what so ever on washing instructions on the washing instructions tag. Click here to understand Washing Instruction Tags ! TeenBeddingRus.com is not responsible for any bedding that has been washed incorrectly. It is the customers responsibility to read the Washing instructions. If you don't understand the washing instructions for any bedding that we sell, you may contact us before you wash your bedding. There will be no refunds what so ever on bedding that was washed wrong. We sell thousands of bedding's and have very few problems in this area of washing bedding, but there are those that don't read washing tags before washing there Bedding. Detergent with bleach is the one big problem we hear about every now and then to make colors run from honest customers that admitted using detergent with bleach that had a problem. We are not into the Washing business, but we do know how important washing instruction tags are. We have a lot of different colors in our bedding's, so, PLEASE, read your washing instruction tags and if you have any questions what so ever on washing your bedding, contact us, Thank you !

Canada: Canceled Orders Policy:
If your product has already Shipped to your location before canceling your Order, you will be responsible for Shipping charges to and from your location. Each Bedding Company has different restocking Fees. You will be contacted by us with the Shipping charges and and the restocking Fees within 48 hours of your cancellation by phone or by email. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Canada Customs: Please Note: The recipient of any order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient (YOU) (NOT TeenBeddingRUs.com).

Shipping and Return Policy on Products :

Le Vele, Dophia, Arya

- We offer one time, item exchange. We must be contacted 72 hours from the delivery date to qualify for product exchange.  (Shipping charges will apply to and from any destination for the exchange or Return). - All other returns, order cancellations and refusals of delivery are subject to a $15.00 per item processing fee plus the actual shipping cost to and from the destination for the return..

- You must contact us by email within 3 business days from the delivery date and obtain a return
authorization (RA) in order for us to accept the return. We then email you a copy of the shipping
label which we will be forward to you to print and paste on the same shipping box for the return.
Once we receive the returned merchandise we will insure it is in “unused condition” and we will credit
your account within 7-10 business days.(Remember, you must contact us before the 72 hours from time
your product is delivered to get an exchange or a return processed or no Refunds}- All returns or exchanges
must be in the original box and unused condition and UNOPENED and must have an RA number before we accept them.
- If a return is not dropped for shipment within 15 days from the delivery date we will refuse it
and no refund will be issued.

Daniel Stuart Bedding

ITC Bedding

Any damages or discrepancies and defective items must be reported to our office within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Delivery time on ITC Bedding is 7-14 Business Days. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Note* Custom made: All Sales are final.

Customs (ITC Bedding): Please Note: The recipient of any order from ITC Bedding may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient (YOU) (NOT TeenBeddingRUs.com).

 

Sherry Kline Bedding

Any damages or discrepancies and defective items must be reported to our office within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Note* Custom made: All Sales are final.

Davenport Bedding

Victor Mills Bedding

Victorian Heart Bedding

Any damages or discrepancies and defective items must be reported to our office within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Note* Custom made: All Sales are final.

Kimlor Bedding

Any damages or discrepancies and defective items must be reported to our office within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Note* Custom made: All Sales are final.

Daniadown Bedding

Any damages or discrepancies and defective items must be reported to our office within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Note* Custom made: All Sales are final.

College Covers Bedding and Products

Any damages or discrepancies and defective items must be reported to our office within 2 Weeks of receipt of shipment. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Note* 30 Day Return Policy. Must be unused and unopened. If return is accepted, a $25.00 Restocking Fee and Return Shipping Fee will Apply !

Royal Tradition Egyptian Cotton Bedding Products

If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees).We must receive your returned purchase in its original packaging and in re-sell-able condition. Item(s) must be in it's original packages. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, Duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.

 

Crdit Card Refunds on Approved Returns

The time it takes to refund an approved return varies. The normal process for a refund on a return consists of up to 1 week to get the return shipped back to our warehouse, four to seven days to reach our inspection department and inspect the product to make sure the product is in its original condition, and five to seven days and in some cases up to ten days to show the refund on your credit card depending on the card holders Bank processing policy. We try very hard in all approved refund returns to speed up the process and we have no control over the time it takes to ship the product back to us or the card holders bank policy on showing refunds on there credit card. If the product returned is damaged or not in its original condition, you will be contacted by phone and by email and the proper adjustments will be made. The refund process can take up to twenty one days or less and we go out of our way to make it less time.  

If for any reason your Credit Card won't accept a refund due to your card being canceled, lost, expired, or for any reason not mentioned, we do contact the card holder and will refund by check. We refund by check on the 10th and 25th of every month on the credit card refunds.

 

Custom made Bedding and Furniture

Any Custom made Bedding or any Furniture (Custom fitted Sheets on Le Vele, Dophia, Arya),Also on Bedding's - Victorian Heart, Davenport, Daniadown, Victor Mills, Sherry Kline, Kimlor, Lawrence, Caribbean Coolers, and Beddings (Daniel Stuart)(Bridal Satin) or (Carpet Tiles) or (Sports Furniture) on this site will not have a refund or exchange or return Policy do to the Manufacturer rules since it is custom made per order, per customer unless it's defective. If the Bedding Bridal Satin or Carpet Tiles are defective, you will have 48 hours after delivery to contact us at (1 813 4 Bedding or TeenBeddingRUs@Gmail.com). Returns or Cancellations on these Bedding's or Products Bridal Satin and Carpet Tiles do not fall under our Returns and Cancellations Policy do to this Bedding being Custom made per Order. This does not take away from the quality of these Bedding's. It's just very expensive to make.

 

Missouri residents pay sales tax (7.600)
